What's the difference between Quick and Full?
Quick Report gives you comparables, zone & FAR check, and a basic massing — enough to know if a plot is worth pursuing. Full Report adds 50,000 Monte Carlo simulations, 3D massing viewer, floor plan, Vastu overlay, and a confidence score — everything you need to commit or pass.
What info do I need to submit?
Just your plot location, approximate size, and zone (residential/commercial). We handle everything else — FSI rules, market rates, cost benchmarks, simulations.
How accurate is the report?
We run 50,000 Monte Carlo simulations testing every combination of costs, rates, and timelines. Our estimates are within 8–12% of actual outcomes in backtesting.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. 100% secure.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot generate a report for your plot (unsupported zone or missing data), full refund. Once a report is delivered, refunds are not available.
