True IRR replaces money-multiple CAGR
Pre-T288 reports used (revenue/cost)^(12/months) − 1 which overstated IRR by 2–44 pts depending on presale schedule. Reverted deterministic IRR to CAGR after T291 verifier showed MC IRR diverged.
